-The Cave-
A seasonal women’s circle in Hobart through autumn and winter 2025
I’m calling in the women who wish to build sisterhood and friendship through the power of a women’s circle.
During the Cave Women’s Circles, we will grow the roots of our connection in the fertile darkness of autumn and winter. We enter the Cave to relax into a space of relational rest and receiving.
In circling together, as women have done for centuries, we nourish our hearts and minds. We remember how to lean on each other and be held, together, in reciprocity with each other and with life.
In circling together, we resist the dominant cultural stories of isolation and separation and weave new webs of interdependence, friendship, collective joy and nurturance.
We hold each other in loving authenticity, and the Cave holds us.
~
We gather just as we are.
We gather in reciprocity and deep listening.
We gather to rest and dream.

This season, join us in the Cave, a women’s circle sanctuary and cocoon of deep connection.
Calling in 10 women for a women’s journey through autumn and winter.
Women's circles are sacred spaces where we create connections, share experiences, and embrace our authentic selves—witnessing our all our joy and mess. Here, we find support, strength, inspiration, and the magic that takes place when women come together.
My intention for The Cave is to create a sisterhood of women who want real connection throughout nipaluna’s darker months. We come together to nurture ourselves and each other within a community of local women.
Expect to laugh and cry and sit in awe of the power of women, including yourself!
We honor the collective and individual wisdom that emerges with open dialogue, reflective/creative practices, and simple ritual.
In response to a culture that praises superficiality, hyper-individualism, independence, and “doing”, women’s circles resist and rebel this culture by fostering depth, togetherness, belonging, realness, and rest.
I believe this world needs more women who are uplifted by our collective strength, joy, and wisdom, and who are also willing to find these qualities from within. Our authentic connections to each other and to nature ripple out to create a more hopeful future.
The overview
7 circles over 6 months. All sessions will be held in a cosy healing sanctuary in central Hobart, with the exception of our solstice circle which will be held outdoors (weather permitting).
The Cave offers us a secluded, steady and quiet sanctuary in which we can gather for collective nourishment.
During our time together as a group, we’ll be exploring themes that take us beneath the surface of everyday masks and conversations.
We’ll set intentions, support each other in action, honour our cyclical lives and lovingly witness ourselves and each other in our current season of life.
We’ll learn from each other, from poetry and nature.
Our monthly circles follow a simple rhythm:
Opening circle
Meditative, creative, reflective activity
Supportive sharing/wisdom/discussion circle
Sharing tea and food together
Closing circle
